The former partner of a Supreme Court judge will describe her alleged assault after claiming she was a victim to his "venomous" verbal abuse.

The woman will continue giving evidence on Tuesday in a trial over her "controlling and coercive" relationship with Tasmanian Justice Gregory Geason.
The 62-year-old is accused of assaulting the woman and emotionally abusing and intimidating her throughout their relationship between April and November 2023.
He has pleaded not guilty to one count of emotional abuse or intimidation and one count of common assault.
On the night of October 31, after the woman received a "silly" photo from a work colleague, Geason allegedly became enraged and attempted to go through messages on her phone.
Prosecutor Neill Hutton on Monday alleged he grabbed the woman's upper arm really hard, causing significant bruising, hit her in the chest multiple times, and pushed her back causing her to hit her head.
The accused said the woman had fallen back and hit her head on a table after feeling under the weather.
He said it had nothing to do with him but conceded he grabbed her arms to plead with her.
The court was told of Geason's search history following instances of alleged arguments including, "Help me I'm abusive", "I'm sorry for hurting you", "sorry song for girlfriend" and "common excuses for men who are violent".
Defence barrister Tom Percy KC on Monday said the incident was "unfortunate" but Geason maintained he didn't strike or injure the complainant.
He suggested she may have sustained a concussion after hitting her head and so her recall of the events on that night may be "variable".
The woman on Monday accused Geason of subjecting her to a relentless barrage of "venomous" verbal abuse after he was unable to track her movements through her phone.
He would barrage her with texts, email her personal and work emails and call her to find out where she was when she turned off the Find My Phone feature on the phone he had gifted her, she told court.
He would get angry if she didn't respond to texts with love heart emojis, the woman said.
The hearing, before Victorian Deputy Chief Magistrate Susan Wakeling, is slated to run for five days.
