All Australian citizens aged 18 and older are required to enrol by 8pm local time on September 18.
About 11,000 people a day have enrolled since the announcement of the 2023 Voice to Parliament referendum.
At least 97.5 per cent of all eligible Australians have already enrolled including a record high Indigenous enrolment rate of 94.1 per cent.
"Don't delay - if you do, you could be one of the very few eligible people out there not ready to vote," Australian Electoral Commissioner Tom Rogers said.
"It'll be the best democratic base for participation Australia has ever had and we want all eligible Australians to be a part of that."
The Australian Electoral Commission is especially urging young people who weren't 18 years of age at the 2022 federal election to make sure they are enrolled.
People who have moved or had a change of circumstances are encouraged to check their enrolment details are correct.
As with elections, voting in referendums is compulsory in Australia.
Enrol or check your enrolment details on the AEC website.
