Woolworths is urgently recalling its Cookies & Cream Classic Ice Cream Sandwiches due to the presence of metal.

The recall relates to the four-pack of ice-creams with a best before date of November 2, 2024.
The products have been available for sale at Woolworths stores in NSW, ACT, Victoria and Queensland.
"The recall is due to the presence of foreign matter (Metal)," the recall notice said.
"Food products containing metal may cause illness/injury if consumed."
IN OTHER NEWS:
Consumers are advised not to eat the ice-creams and to return the product to a Woolworths store for a full refund.
"Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice."
The recall was published by Food Standards Australia & New Zealand on May 24.
