Snake catchers were called to the house in Warwick, south-east Queensland, where they found the "healthy, young" snake coiled in the boot's toe.
"This 'lil guy is a perfect example of why we should check our shoes before putting them on," the Southern Downs Snake Catchers said in a Facebook post.
The snake catchers explained that these snakes were attracted to small and safe hiding spots, where potential predators struggled to reach them.
But the snake catchers warned the snake was "dangerously venomous" and is best admired from a distance.

Eastern brown snakes thrive in much of the country, including Australia's most populous areas, causing humans to encounter these deadly snakes regularly, according to the Australian Museum.
"Being an alert, nervous species they often react defensively if surprised or cornered, putting on a fierce display and striking with little hesitation," the Australian Museum said on their website.
But brown snakes prefer peace and will flee if given the option, according to the Australian Museum.
